The National Labor Relations Board ("Board") seeks enforcement of its January 14, 1981 order against Respondent Magnetics International, Inc., ("Company"). The Company cross-petitions for review of the Board's findings of fact and conclusion that it violated sections 8(a) (1) and (3) of the National Labor Relations Act ("Act"). The decision and order of the Board are reported at 254 N.L.R.B. 520 (1981). For the reasons set forth below, we grant enforcement of the Board's order.
